Registration fee:

Adults: $15 for first 3 entries + $1/entry after that

Youth (under 18): Free

Cash or check only. Sorry, no credit cards accepted. 

While reasonable efforts are made to prevent damage to any model, 

High Plains Modelers accept no responsibility for any damages to the entries. 

Judges might handle the entries -as a last resort- 

in accordance with the IPMS/Nationals rules.

- Regular    $30

- "Best of" (Ship, Airplane, Armor, etc.)    $50

- Best of Show    $75

August update

We have chosen our Special Theme to be the early years of the Cold War, "From Berlin Airlift to Sputnik".

Currently we have two special awards, "Battlestar Galactica" and "Best Groundwork"

Also vendor tables are going fast. As of early August only 6 are left.

There is a limit of 23 vendor tables and we have already received reservations for 13 of them.

High Plains Modelers is going to host their yearly contest on Saturday October 13th, 2018 at the 4-H Building of the Larimer County Fairgrounds.

All our tables have been sold out. That means there will be thousands, and thousands of models for you to pick from. Bring your wallet!

Post-Nationals Update

Nationals has past and we are in the final stretch for the High Plains Con XVIII. All is on track for the event on October 21st. Venue, insurance, trophies, etc has been lined up.

Please note that for vendor tables you have to reach Gary Moore (see Vendor information section).

Late Spring Contest Update

The High Plains Con XXXVIII is moving forward. We have confirmed the date (Oct 21st) and location (4-H Building at "The Ranch", same as always).

Also, check the special themes and special awards: "The Great War", "Star Wars" and "50-yrs of Camaro".

2017 Show underway!

The High Plains Con 2017 will be on October 21st, 2017 at the same location than always, the 4-H building at the Larimer County Fairgrounds.

More details to be posted during the summer months.
